VPN Infrastructure & VPNGate Servers

StarVPN uses publicly available VPN servers provided through the VPNGate network. VPNGate is a volunteer-based academic VPN project operated by the University of Tsukuba, Japan.

Since VPNGate servers are publicly operated by volunteers around the world, server availability, speed, location, and reliability may vary over time.

          Transparency Notice:
          StarVPN does not own or directly operate VPNGate public servers.
          Users connect to publicly available VPN nodes provided by third-party volunteers.
        

While StarVPN aims to provide secure and stable VPN access, we cannot guarantee the privacy practices, logging policies, or operational standards of individual VPNGate server operators.

Users are encouraged to avoid transmitting highly sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information while connected to public VPN servers.
